Saving & Loading Projects

Auto-Save

Walkthrough Studio automatically saves your work every 3 seconds when you make changes. The save status indicator in the top bar shows:

• •✓ Saved [time] — your changes are saved
• •Saving... — a save is in progress

Cloud Storage

All projects are stored in the cloud. You can access them from any browser by logging into your account. Screenshots are stored securely in private storage — only you can access your images.

Manual Save

Click Save in the top bar to trigger an immediate save. This is useful before exporting or closing the browser.

Loading Projects

From the dashboard, click any project card to open it in the editor. Your screens, hotspots, and all settings are restored exactly as you left them.

Save / Load Files

The Save and Load buttons let you download and upload .wtstudio.json project files. These are useful for:

• •Creating local backups
• •Sharing project files with colleagues
• •Moving projects between accounts

Note: When loading a project file, screenshots are included as embedded data, so the file may be large.
